We offer a complete service designed specifically to deal with the problems that solicitors and executors regularly encounter when dealing with the chattels of an estate. To facilitate the smooth operation of this service, only one person will be responsible for each set of instructions.

VALUATIONS FOR PROBATE
An immediate preliminary inspection is carried without charge; this includes a global estimate, insurance and security advice.

A complete house clearance service with storage and delivery for beneficiaries can be arranged.

A formal inventory and certified IHT valuation are provided.

Specialists are mainly London trained and all have a minimum of twenty years experience.

Fees are not percentage based; instead we charge an hourly rate.


We also carry out valuations for insurance, family division, capital gains and capital transfer tax purposes.


SALES BY AUCTION
Whole estates will be dealt with (at one auction, where possible) in one of our frequent fine art and antiques auctions.

Settlement in full or part will be made within 7 working days (where we have received payment).

Valuation inventories correspond directly to sale catalogues, so correlation is simple.

We notify you when sale of estate chattels are complete.
